Cancellation Policy

A $50 deposit is required to reserve all appointments. Please provide at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. With proper notice, your deposit may be transferred one time to a new appointment. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made within 48 hours of the appointment will result in forfeiture of the deposit. No-shows will also forfeit the deposit and must pay a new deposit before booking again. Appointments more than 15 minutes late may need to be rescheduled and will be treated as a late cancellation.
